What Counts as Abuse

We take misuse of the WeblyChat platform seriously. The following behaviours violate our Terms & Conditions and should be reported:

Unsolicited bulk messages or automated messaging campaigns.

Harmful Content

Websites hosting illegal, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.

Impersonation

Using WeblyChat to impersonate another person or organisation.

Fraud & Phishing

Sites designed to deceive users into giving up credentials or payment details.

Copyright Infringement

Reproducing or distributing copyrighted material without permission.

Illegal Content

Any content that is illegal under applicable law, including CSAM.

If you are unsure whether something qualifies, please report it anyway — we would rather review a false positive than miss genuine harm.

Section 02

How to Report

Send your report to abuse@weblychat.eu. To help us investigate quickly, please include:

The URL(s) or domain(s) involved
A clear description of the abusive behaviour
Any supporting screenshots or evidence
Your contact email (optional, but helpful if we need to follow up)

Emergency situations: If the content involves an imminent threat to life or child safety, please also contact your local law-enforcement authority immediately. We will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

Section 03

What Happens Next

We aim to acknowledge all abuse reports within 2 business days. Once received, our team will:

Review the report and any supporting evidence.
Investigate the reported account or content.
Take appropriate action — which may include issuing a warning, suspending the account, or removing content.
Refer cases to law enforcement where required by law.

Due to privacy obligations we may not always be able to share the outcome of an investigation, but every report is acted upon.
